Mt. Adams is one of Cincinnati’s favorite and most charming neighborhoods. The neighborhood’s distinctively narrow and winding streets combine with spectacular views of downtown Cincinnati, the Ohio River and Northern Kentucky to create a breathtaking and memorable visit every time for locals and visitors alike.

Mt. Adams is home to some of the city’s favorite dining and retail destinations. You can relax in a neighborhood pub or dine with spectacular views. Many of these restaurants have been here for many decades as local and visitors come here for a relaxing reprieve.

Several neighborhood destinations offer great music to enjoy. The Blind Lemon is home to live acoustic music of many genres including blues, folk, rock and jazz. It takes its name from legendary bluesman Blind Lemon Jefferson and features an outdoor garden and warm bonfires in the fall. The Mt. Adams Bar & Grill adjoining
the Blind Lemon is a favorite pub of locals. It was once part of a speakeasy owned by famous bootlegger George Remus!

The Cincinnati Art Museum, Krohn Conservatory, Eden Park and Playhouse in the Park all call Mt. The Cincinnati Art Museum, located in scenic Eden Park, features a diverse, encyclopedic art collection of more than 67,000 works spanning 6,000 years. In addition to displaying its own broad collection, the museum also hosts several national and international traveling exhibitions each year. Visitors can enjoy the exhibitions or participate in the museum’s wide range of art-related programs, activities and special events. General admission is always FREE for all. Museum members receive additional benefits. The museum is open Tuesday - Sunday (closed Monday).

Krohn Conservatory, located in Eden Park, was built in 1933 at the height of the Art Deco era. It’s what’s inside those aluminum and glass walls that make Krohn Conservatory truly special. They are Cincinnati Parks’ nationally recognized showcase of more than 3,500 plant species from around the world. Krohn changes throughout the year with special exhibits and programs, including the ever-popular “Butterfly Show,” where thousands of butterflies are free to fly throughout the show room in a specially-themed garden. You can always visit the famous rainforest waterfall and exotic plants on permanent display in the Palm, Tropical, Desert and Orchid houses as well. The Krohn Conservatory is completely wheelchair accessible.

At Upper Eden, there is a celebration of creation in Stones, Glass and Art. This inspiring boutique features gorgeous jewelry from Charles Albert, Zina sterling silver and handbags from Paris and art glass from all over the world.
